Alejandro lives in Stittsville, Ontario and has been woodturning since 2008. However, his passion for crafts started when he was just eight years old and started embossing using brass and copper sheets, and learning wood working as well. Treasures from the Ark is a small business where he does woodturning in general, creating hand crafted pens made in fine exotic woods and acrylics. Arbor Gallery – Centre for Contemporary Art is a not-for-profit organization located in the town of Vankleek Hill, ON. We exhibit contemporary art side by side with traditional fine arts for a mix that is always fresh and stimulating. Linda creates unique art jewelry by integrating natural medias such as exotic wood and silver. Very often, the wood inspires her as to what shape the metal component should be formed. Linda also strives to create symmetry with the fused wood and metal, focusing on any subtleties of the wood such as color, grain, shape.

I design and make jewellery using Swarovski crystals and pearls, semi-precious gems, minerals, and fresh water pearls. My collection includes necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, tiaras, rings, and eye glass cords. I see clients in my home studio, offer free consultations, and design and make custom orders to suit my client's budget and design requirements. In 2008, I began to paint, using acrylic paint on canvas. My paintings are abstract in design. I am a member of the Ottawa Artisans Guild, the Cumberland Arts and Crafts Guild, and Arts Ottawa East. My work can be seen at my home studio (appointment required), and at the Guilds' Crafts Markets, held in November/December at local high schools.
